Zebrafish phenotyping

Zebrafish phenotyping

A significant proportion of genes are conserved between zebrafish and mammals. This make possible to use this vertebrate model to investigate gene function, and test the impact of mutations. We provide our expertise in immunohistochemistry and imaging methods to phenotype novel zebrafish mutants or transgenic lines at steady state or upon stimulation (infection, inflammation, ….).

So far, we provide phenotyping services from larvae to juvenile zebrafish using 3D and 3D+t imaging approaches which can be combined with advanced tissue clearing and immunostaining procedures.
